If you found your way here, you’re already a tender warrior.

Maybe you carry a deep longing. Maybe your heart breaks at what you see around you. Maybe you know you have far more to offer than you’ve ever been able to realize.

Training as a Tender Warrior means learning to bring that capacity into the world — with others who support you, and whom you support in turn.

Through the six Roles — Scout, Adept, Ranger, Monk, Seeker, and Mage — you’ll learn to embody and balance your strengths.

These Roles are both innate experiences within us and ways we organize and contribute to the world around us.

Together, we create the storyworld of the Tender Warrior Corps: a liminal space between the world as it is and the world we long to live in. Through training, we develop the skills and relationships to make it real, every day.

Each session, we ground and check in. We practice together. We name the qualities that emerge and carry them back into our lives.

This is an emergent practice. Your participation shapes what it becomes.

Each path leads to the same destination. You choose where you begin.
